GM Coffee Palace is a luxury artisan coffee establishment owned and operated by Rohith Mamidala, Naveen Mamidala, Shiva Deepak Mamidala, and Vaishnavi M, located at Road No. 1, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500033, India. By visiting our café, placing an order through our website, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and GM Coffee Palace ("we", "us", "our") under the laws of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006 (FSSAI). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
• All food and beverage items are prepared fresh at our Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad premises. • Menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. • We endeavour to accurately describe all products. Images on the website are for illustrative purposes only; the actual product may vary slightly. • We comply with FSSAI (Food Safety and Standards Authority of India) regulations. All ingredients are sourced from approved suppliers. • Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions are advised to inform our staff before placing an order. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. • Prices displayed are inclusive of applicable GST (Goods and Services Tax) as per Indian tax laws.
• Orders placed through our website or in-store are subject to availability. • We accept payments via cash, UPI (Unified Payments Interface), debit/credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and net banking. • All online payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways. • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless there is a delay of more than 30 minutes on our part. • In the event of a payment failure, please contact us immediately at +91 85010 30311. Do not retry multiple times without confirmation.
All prices listed on our menu and website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST as mandated by the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. A GST invoice will be provided upon request. No additional taxes or hidden charges apply.
• In-store purchases are non-refundable once the order has been prepared and served. • If a product does not meet our quality standards or was incorrectly prepared, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at our discretion. • Online orders cancelled within 5 minutes of placement will receive a full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. • Refunds for UPI/digital payments will be processed as per the timelines of the respective payment gateway. • We do not offer refunds on promotional or discounted items unless the product is found to be defective. Our café operates at the following hours: • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM (Midnight) We reserve the right to alter operating hours on public holidays, local festivals (including Hyderabad-specific events), or due to unforeseen circumstances. Advance notice will be provided where possible via our website and social media channels.
All content on the GM Coffee Palace website — including but not limited to logos, brand name, menu designs, photographs, and text — is the intellectual property of GM Coffee Palace and its founders. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without express written consent is strictly prohibited under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India).
Customers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully within our premises. GM Coffee Palace reserves the right to refuse service or ask any person to leave the premises if their behaviour is disruptive, offensive, or harmful to staff or other customers. This is in accordance with our right as a private establishment under applicable Indian law.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, GM Coffee Palace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the value of the order placed by that customer. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural calamities, civil unrest, or government-mandated closures.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. In the event of a consumer dispute, you may also approach the Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
GM Coffee Palace reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
